Email info@chatgptltd.site with the subject “Account deletion request”, stating the application name and the email address or identifier you registered with. That is the entire process.
1. Deletion within the application
Where one of our applications offers user accounts, it also provides deletion within the application itself — ordinarily at Settings → Account → Delete account. This route removes the account and its associated data directly and requires no correspondence with us.
2. Deletion by email
Where an application provides no in-app option, or you are unable to sign in, submit a request containing:
- the name of the application;
- the email address or user identifier associated with the account; and
- a statement that you request deletion of the account and associated data.
We may ask a verification question before acting, in order to confirm that the request originates from the account holder. This protects you against deletion of your account by another person.
3. What is deleted, and when

Content held solely on your own device, or within your personal iCloud or Google account, is not within our control and cannot be deleted by us. Removing the application and clearing its data in your device settings addresses that material.
4. Effect of deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Deleting an account does not cancel an active subscription, because billing is administered by Apple or Google rather than by us. You should cancel the subscription separately in your store account, failing which charges may continue. Instructions are set out on our support page.
5. Other data rights
In addition to erasure, you may request a copy of your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, or object to particular processing. The same address applies, the same 30-day response period applies, and no fee is charged. Further detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.
